We build and modernize backend, cloud, and AI systems for businesses — Java and Spring Boot services deployed on AWS, with AI integrated where it does real work.
Services
Services and APIs built in Java 21 and Spring Boot — designed for reliability, clear structure, and scale rather than novelty.
Cloud-native deployment on AWS, from architecture through to production — infrastructure that holds up under real load.
Retrieval, search, and automation built on current models (RAG), integrated into real systems where they add measurable value.
Older enterprise Java brought up to current versions, cleaner architecture, and the cloud — without breaking what already runs.
About the founder
Founder, Ritsol Labs
Ritam Pathak founded Ritsol Labs and leads its engineering work. He holds a BE in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University (2005), one of India's oldest and most competitive engineering schools. The early part of his career was spent in enterprise technology, including several years working on-site in the United States — in Boston and San Francisco — on large-scale systems for major firms.
For over a decade since, he has worked independently. His return to hands-on engineering was deliberate: the current wave of generative AI changed what backend systems can actually do, and he wanted to build with it directly rather than watch from the sidelines.
Outside client work, Ritam enjoys a game of poker and has competed in tournaments — the same feel for probability and disciplined decisions that runs through his engineering, and the select freelance work he takes on.
He is also the founder of Santona Academy, an international mathematics tutoring practice named after his late mother, a lifelong educator. santonaacademy.com →
